Small Groups Available:

Authenic Manhood- Meets weekly from 6:30-7:30 am each Monday. This is open to all men 18+. No registration required- come when you can! Donuts and coffee provided! 

Baby Bistro- This is a drop in group open every Thursday from 10-12:00. Weigh baby, ask our nurse and lactation counselor questions, and meet other moms! Open to all moms and infants under 1.
